Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui proses berjalan pengadaan barang dan jasa secara elektronik (e-procurement) di Pemerintah Kabupaten Mojokerto. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini mengenai review penggunaan sistem e-procurement di Pemerintah Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung keada Informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahsan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum proses penggunaan sistem e-procurement sudah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya sesuai prosedur. Berdasarkan tujuan yang tertera dalam Peraturan Presiden No. 54 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah telah tercapai dengan baik.

This study aims to determine the running process of the procurement of goods and services electronically (e-procurement) in the Mojokerto Regency Government. The problem raised in this study is the review of the use of e-procurement systems in the Mojokerto Regency Government. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. Research data was obtained from direct interviews with informants. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that in general the process of using the e-procurement system has proceeded according to the procedure. Based on the objectives stated in Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 concerning Procurement of Government Goods and Services has been well achieved.
