    Aditya Mahat Mafirya Negara Bakti, NIM. 11.02.111.000.92, Program studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura.Skripsi ini tentang Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Ro. Bangkalan.Di bawah bimbingan Dra.HJ. Anugrahini Irawati, MM. Dan Helmi Buyung Aulia S,ST, SE, M. MT. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Ro. Bangkalan”.mengambil objek semua karyawan PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Ro. Bangkalan, dengan populasi sebanyak 42 orang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui terdapat pengaruh positif antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan mengetahui yang lebih berpengaruh antara struktur, standar-standar, tanggung jawab, penghargaan, dukungan, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian uji statistik regresi linier berganda, menemukan secara simultan variabel iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung20.497, tingkat signifikan 0.000.Lalu ditemukan pula variabel iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan.Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa standar-standar memberikan pengaruh positif yang dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Ro. Bangkalan.Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukkan bahwa R2sebesar 0.740 atau 74%.

This research about The Influence of Organizational Climate To Employees Performance At PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance RO. Bangkalan. Under the guidance from Dra.HJ. Anugrahini Irawati, MM. and Helmi Buyung Aulia S,ST, SE, M. MT. Awarding The Influence of Organizational Climate To Employees Performance PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance RO. Bangkalan, its takes the object of all employees at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance RO Bangkalan, with the sum population as many as 42 employees. Its aims are to know the influence Organizational Climate among employees included Structure, Standards, Responsibility, Respect, Support, and Commitment To Employees Performance. This quantitative research used Multiple Linear Regression model. Using regression model that has been processed in SPSS 16, its found that Organizational Climate among employees included Structure, Standards, Responsibility, Respect, Support, and Commitment have influenced employees Performance PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance RO. Bangkalan,simultaneously and partially. Using this model, have found that simultaneously, organizational climate have positive influenced to employees Performance. Its means that each of organizational climate variables are well together influenced to employees Performence with value the account of F is 20.497 at the level of significance 0.000 < 0.5 Furthermore, its found that the Standards provide the dominant positive influence on Employees Performance at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance RO. Bangkalan.
