    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK S. Fatimatuz Zehroh 2015. Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial Dan Kepribadian Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Bangkalan Kabupaten Bangkalan, di bawah bimbingan. Dr. H. RM. Moch Wispandono, SE., MS. Dan Dr.H. Muhammad Alkirom Wildan. SE., M.Si Dukungan Sosial dan Kepribadian merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, pegawai sering mengalami permasalahan seperti pegawai yang memiliki kepribadian yang tinggi dan menjadikan fokus hidup, tingkat dukungan sosial yang rendah sehingga berdampak langsung kepada kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan kepribadian baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Bangkalan Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 159 pegawai dan jumlah sampel diambil sebanyak 114 pegawai dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Berdasarkan statistik di atas menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan kepribadian berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 11,8%. Kemudian ditemukan ditemukan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 6.8%. Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 43%. Dengan demikian kepribadian memberikan pengaruh signifikan terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Dukungan Sosial, Kepribadian dan Kinerja Pegawai

Moch Wispandono, SE., MS. And Dr.H. Muhammad Alkirom Wildan. SE., M.Si Social support and personality were two urgents factors which can effect employee performance doing job, sometime employees have problems, like is employees who have high personality and becomes their focus unsocial support. The purposes this research are to know the effect of social support and personality to employee performance, simultan eously and partially. This quantitative research used multiple linier regression analysis which 114 employees as sample using cluster random sampling. Using this analysis the results showed that social support and personality effect positively 11,8 per cent to employee performance simultaneously. Furthemore, the results showed that both influence to employee performance. Its shows that social support provide 6.8 per cent to employee performance, while the personality provides 43per cent to employee performace.
