YUNUS MAHMUD, Pengaruh Motivasi guru dan Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMKN 1 Sampang. Dibawah bimbingan Dr. RM. Mochammad Wispandono, SE. MS dan Dr. Hj. Iriani Ismail, Dra. MM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi guru dan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Pengambilan data primer menggunakan instrumen angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis yaitu regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial menggunakan SPSS 17 for windows. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian, hipotesis yang diajukan yakni motivasi guru dan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh linier yang positif dan signifikan motivasi guru 3.476 dan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah 3.284 dengan kinerja guru dengan sumbangan determinasi sebesar 24%. Kemudian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi guru dan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah maka semakin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMKN 1 Sampang. Diharapkan di masa akan datang guru dan kepala sekolah dapat lebih meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan manajerial yang lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru SMKN 1 Sampang. AbstractionMahmud Yunus, The Influence of teacher motivation and headmaster managerial ability to the teachers performance at Vocational High School 1 Sampang, under the guidance from Dr. RM. Mochammad Wispandono, SE. MS and Dr. Hj. Iriani Ismail, Dra. MM. The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of teacher motivation and headmaster managerial ability to the teachers performance. The primary data was taken by using questionnaire. Data were analyzed by means of validity and reliability technique examination, classical assumption examination and hypothesis examination which is double regression correlation and partial correlation using SPSS 17 for windows. To answer the research problem, hypothesis proposed that teacher motivation and managerial skills of principal have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. The results showed that there is a positive linear effect and significant relationship between teacher motivation 3.476 and headmaster managerial ability 3.284 to the teachers performance with donations of determination by 24% Then can be concluded, this research proved that higher teacher motivation and headmaster managerial ability can be appropriate predictors on the teachers performance at Vocational High School 1 Sampang. Hope that in the future, teachers and principal improve their motivation and managerial ability so that they are able to improve the teachers performance at Vocational High School 1 Sampang.
