Investor harus berhati-hati dalam menentukan keputusan investasi karena jika salah, investor bukan hanya tidak memperoleh keuntungan tetapi semua modal awal yang diinvestasikannya juga akan hilang. Oleh sebab itu investor perlu mengumpulkan inforemasi yang lengkap dan tepat mengenai perusahaan yang akan dipilih sebagai tempat investasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, keputusan investasi, kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder, yaitu laporan euangan perusahaan property, real estese, dan contruction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2013, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 10 perusahaan yang memiliki profit tertinggi periode 2010-2013. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji f, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian secara pasial dan simultan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variable independen berpengaruh secara signifakan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The investors should be careful to determine the investment decision because if there is a mistake they will not only lost their fortune but also all their early fund. Because of that an investor needs to collects the complete and appropriate information about the company which choosen as the investment place. The aim of this research is to understand the influences of profitability, investment decision and the debt policy toward the company values. The data used in this research is the secondary data, that are the financial report of the property company, real estate and construction which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia in the periode of 2010 – 2013. There are ten companies which is have the biggest profit in 2010 – 2013 as the sample of the research. The method to process the data are descriptive analysis, the classic test assumption, the analysis of the bifliar regression, the test of coefficient determination, f test, and t test. The results of the reseach either pacially or simultaneously show that the whole independent variables are give the significance influences to the company values.
