Tujuan dari dirancangnya aplikasi DIGITAL INFORMATION ASSISTANT FOR MULTIMEDIA AND NETWORK ENGINEERS ini secara garis besar adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Web adalah media yang bisa yang bisa diexplore penggunaannya untuk itu aplikasi ini menggunakan web agar mudah digunakannya. Hadirnya ponsel dan gadget – gadget di era kini juga tidak luput oleh pengawasan sistem ini, berkolaborasi dengan Flash, dan Wireless Aplication Protocol, aplikasi ini menjadi lebih menarik, animatif, dan interaktif, yang bisa diakses melalui ponsel maupun gadget – gadget yang lain.
