ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di UD. Assalma perusahaan ini bergerak dalam pembuatan kopyah yaitu jenis motif Kalput Putih, Solmet, Dapak Bundar Madinah, Bima, Tailand Stik, dan Stik Pita. Bahan baku utama yang digunakan dalam produksi kopyah yaitu kain, benang dan pita. metode peramalan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah monte carlo dan menggunakan 5 metode teknik lot sizing untuk perencaan pengendalian material yaitu Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), Least Unit Cost (LUC), Least Total Cost (LTC) dan Silver Meal. Kelima metode tersebut akan digunakan untuk mencari metode yang terbaik dari masing-masing jenis produk, yaitu untuk kalput putih metode least unit cost (LUC) dengan jumlah sebesar Rp.135.243, untuk kopyah solmet metode least total cost (LTC) dengan jumlah sebesar p.144.340, untuk kopyah dapak bundar madina metode silver mea l dengan jumlah sebesar Rp.105.981, untuk kopyah bima metode silver meal dengan jumlah sebesar Rp,90.066 untuk kopyah tailand stik dengan jumlah sebesar Rp.93.286 metode least total cost (LTC) dan stik pita metode least total cost (LTC) dengan jumlah sebesar Rp.91.768 Kata Kunci: Kata Kunci: Material requirement palnning, lot sizing, Economic Order Quantity, Least Total Cost, least total cost, Period Order Quantity, Silver Meal
