Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan material produksi di Shirakata Engineering. Perusahaan tersebut memproduksi dua jenis produk mesin yaitu mesin pemipih-pemotong mie dan mesin mixer, selama ini besaran pembelian bahan baku produksi hanya ditentukan berdasarkan intuitif semata sehingga keterlambatan produksi sering terjadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 5 metode lot sizing yaitu Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Least Unit Cost (LUC), Least Total Cost (LTC), Silver Meals dan Period Order Quantity (POQ). Produk mesin pemipih-pemotong mie diperoleh total biaya persediaan bahan baku minimum dari metod Least Total Cost dengan jumlah sebesar 3.199.620, dan produk mesin mixer diperoleh total biaya persediaan bahan baku minimum dari metode Silver Meals dengan jumlah sebesar 1.166.484. AbstractionThis study aims to determine the number of reservations in the production of material Shirakata Engineering. The company manufactures two types of products, namely machine-cutting machine pemipih noodles and mixer machine, this time the amount of the purchase of raw material production is only determined based solely intuitive so that production delays often occur.
