ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam stek yang berasal dari tiga daerah terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi pucuk kolesom (Talinum triangulare (Jacq.) Willd.). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2014 di kebun percobaan Agroekoteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non factorial, terdiri dari sembilan perlakuan stek kolesom yaitu Kangean-stek bantag (A1L1), Kangean-stek cabang (A1L2), Kangean-stek pucuk (A1L3), Bangkalan-stek batang (A2L1), Bangkalan-stek cabang (A2L2), Bangkalan-stek pucuk (A2L3), Lumajang-stek batang (A3L1), Lumajang-stek cabang (A3L2), Lumajang-stek pucuk (A3L3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan Lumajang-stek cabang (A3L2) memiliki jumlah daun yang banyak, sedangkan perlakua Kangean- stek cabang (A1L2) memiliki jumlah daun terendah dibandingkan beberapa perlakuan yang lain. AbstractionABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of sorts cuttings from three regions on the growth and production of shoots ginseng (Talinum triangular (Jacq.) Willd.). The study was conducted in the month of May to July 2014 in an experimental garden Agroecotechnology Faculty of Agriculture, University of Trunojoyo. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial, consisting of nine treatments that ginseng cuttings Kangean-cuttings bantag (A1L1), Kangean-branch cuttings (A1L2), Kangean-cuttings (A1L3), Bangkalan-cuttings (A2L1), Bangkalan-branch cuttings (A2L2), Bangkalan-cuttings (A2L3), Lumajang- stem cuttings (A3L1), Lumajang-branch cuttings (A3L2), Lumajang-cuttings (A3L3). Results showed treatment-cuttings Lumajang branch (A3L2) has a number of leaves that much, while perlakua Kangean- branch cuttings (A1L2) has the lowest number of leaves compared to some other treatment.
