    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Pegagan (Centella asiatica L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman berkhasiat obat yang memiliki manfaat dalam penyembuhan penyakit diantaranya efek anti neoplastik, efek pelindung tukak lambung, menurunkan tekanan dinding pembuluh, mempercepat penyembuhan luka, analgastik, anti imflasi, hepatroprotektor, peningkatan kecerdasan, antisporasis, anti agregasi, platelet, anti trombosis, sehingga permintaan untuk simplisia obat meningkat. Konsekuensinya penyediaan simplisia obat harus ditingkatkan, padahal budidaya terhadap tanaman ini belum lazim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman akibat pemberian pupuk kotoran sapi dan kandungan asiatikosida pada tanaman pegagan di bawah kondisi yang ternaungi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Gili Timur Kecamatan Kamal Kabupaten Bangkalan, mulai Januari - April 2015. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (Split Plot Design) 3 ulangan. Petak utama yaitu naungan terdiri atas 2 level tanpa naungan dan dengan naungan paranet taraf 40%. Anak petak yaitu dosis pupuk kotoran sapi terdiri atas tanpa pupuk, 10 ton/Ha, 30 ton/Ha, 40 ton/Ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara dua perlakuan tidak berbeda terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. Perlakuan naungan dibandingkan tanpa naungan berbeda nyata untuk variabel panjang tangkai daun, luas daun, dan kandungan asiatikosida pada saat panen. Perlakuan dosis pupuk 10 ton/Ha cenderung lebih tinggi pada variabel jumlah stolon, jumlah daun, bobot basah dan bobot kering tanaman dibanding perlakuan dosis pupuk lainnya, kecuali luas daun terluas dicapai pada 30 ton/Ha, sedangkan panjang tangkai daun dan kandungan asiatikosida tertinggi di capai pada 40 ton/Ha.     Abstraction

    ABSTRACT Gotu kola (Centella asiatica L.) is one of the medicinal plants that have benefits in the treatment of diseases including anti-neoplastic effects, the protective effect of gastric ulcers, pressure vessel wall, accelerate wound healing, analgastik, anti imflasi, hepatroprotektor, increased intelligence, antisporasis, anti-aggregation, platelet, anti thrombosis, thus increasing the demand for drugs simplicia. Consequently the provision of medicinal botanicals should be increased, whereas the cultivation of the plant is not yet prevalent. This study aims to determine the response of plant growth due to fertilizer and cow manure asiatikosida content on gotu kola plant under shaded conditions. The research was conducted in the village of East Gili District of Kamal Bangkalan, ranging from January to April 2015. The study design using the design Plots Divided (Split Plot Design) 3 replications. The main plot is the shade consists of two levels with no shade and the shade paranet level of 40%. Subplot that dose consists of cow manure without fertilizer, 10 tonnes / ha, 30 tons / ha, 40 t / ha. The results showed that the interaction between the two treatments did not differ for all variables observation. Without shade shade treatment were significantly different compared to variable petiole length, leaf area, and asiatikosida content at harvest. The treatment dosages of 10 ton / ha tend to be higher on a variable number of stolons, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of plants than the dosage of other fertilizers, except widest leaf area was achieved in 30 ton / ha, while the length of the petiole and the content of the highest asiatikosida achieved at 40 tons / ha.
