    Abstraksi

    Retni Febrisasi Andari (2017), Judul penelitian Pengaruh Human Relation dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep, di bawah bimbingan Dr. Hj. Iriani Ismail, Dra., MM. dan Drs.Ec Mudji Kuswinarno, MSi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui apakah:1) Apakah variabel human relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep. 2) Apakah lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep. 3) Apakah human relation dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep. 4) Di antara human relation dan lingkungan kerja non fisik manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 orang, dan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan 1) variabel human relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. 2) variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawa.3) variabel human relation yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Human Relation, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Kinerja Pegawai.

    Abstraction

    Retni Febrisasi Andari (2017), The Effect Of Human Relation and Non Physical Work Environment on Employees Performance At Health Office In Sumenep, under the guidance of Dr. Hj. Iriani Ismail,Dra., MM. And Drs.Ec Mudji Kuswinarno., MSi. The aims of this research are to determine whether human relation variable has positive and significant effect on to employees performance at Health Office; non-physical work environment has positive and significant effect on to employees performance at Health Office; Whether human relations and non-physical work environment variables simultaneously has positive and significant effect on to employees performance at Health Office; then which variable that has dominant has positive and significant effect on to employees performance at Health Office. The population in this research are 57 employees. Data is obtained from the process Interviews, observations, and questionnaires which distributed to the respondents The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Using this method, the results indicate that: 1)Human relation variable has positive and significant effect on employees performance variable. 2) Non-physical work environment variable has positive and significant effect on employees performance variable. 3) Human relation variable is the dominant variable that effect on employees performance variable.
