Skripsi ini tentang, PERUBAHAN SOSIAL KORBAN BENCANA LUMPUR SIDOARJO DI KELURAHAN JATIREJO KECAMATAN PORONG KABUPATEN SIDOARJO, di bawah bimbingan Syamsu Budiyanti.S.sos,M.si dan Arie Wahyu Prananta, Spi,M.si. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh banyaknya dampak yang di akibatkan bencana Lumpur Sidoarjo, dampak tersebut belum bisa diperbaiki oleh pemerintah maupun para korban. Salah satu dampak yang dirasakan oleh korban adalah dampak dari perubahan sosial, terutama pada perubahan sistem sosial. perubahan sistem sosial yang terjadi sejak bencana sampai saat ini belum terdapat tanda-tanda perbaikan secara individu, sehingga sistem masyarakat tetap hancur. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang di kaji melalui fenomenologi dengan paradigma definisi sosial. peneliti menggali data di lapangan dengan wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan diskusi kelompok. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif, data diperiksa keabsahan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi penyelidikan, agar data yang diperoleh menjadi valid. Peneliti ini berlokasi di Kelurahan Jatirejo, Kecamatan Porong, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian ini, dideskripsikan melalui pemaparan berbagai informan dari temuan data selama penelitian, karena masyarakat sudah tidak bertempat tinggal di Kelurahan Jatirejo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses perubahan sistem sosial yang terjadi dalam masyarakat yang awalnya bersifat gemeinschaft berubah secara revolusi menjadi gesselchaft. Perubahan sistem sosial terjadi di luar dugaan masyarakat Jatirejo, karena kelurahan Jatirejo sebelum bencana terkenal dengan kelurahan yang makmur dengan kekayaan alam yang berlimpah. This thesis is about, Changes in Social Systems Society Against Sidoarjo Mud Disaster Victims In Jatirejo Village Porong Sidoarjo, Under the guidance of Syamsu Budiyanti .S.sos, M.si and Arie Wahyu Prananta, Spi,M.si. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, examined the validity of the triangulation of data sources and triangulation of the investigation, the data obtained in order to be valid. The researchers located in the Village Jatirejo, Porong, Sidoarjo regency. The results of this study, described by various informant from the exposureofthe primary data for the study, because people have notlived in the Jatirejo Village. Results of this study in dicate that the process of change in social systems that occur in the community who are initially gemeinschaft revolution change as gesselchaft.
