A health facilities infrastructure are needed by the people in order to support a better life. Location-based service (LBS) based on Global Positioning System (GPS) has been applied to mobile devices to provide users with location of public health facilities. Augmented reality (AR) technology which can support users in manipulating virtual objects in real environments is the answer to provide importants information such as public health facilities more effectively and userfriendly. Nowdays, Android-based mobile-phone has been rich developed with a lot of sensor which can adapt our system. Our system will take advantage of Augmented Reality (AR) technology using Google Maps API, Global Positioning System (GPS), Google Direction and a variety of sensors which attached on Android-based smartphones. Experiments result show that the application of health facility-based Augmented Reality mobile smartphone android 100% succesfully implemented and work well as expected. In addition, this application also has a positive response from users stated that this application is satisfactory and very helpful in terms of providing information, showing the distance of nearest health facilities more interactive and fun.
