Transfer pengetahuan merupakan proses berpindahnya pengetahuan dari sumber ke penerima. Perkembangan industri kecil di Indonesia khususnya di Bangkalan tidak terlepas dari peranan proses transfer pengetahuan yang diterima oleh industri kecil melalui berbagai macam pelatihan. Kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh industri kecil akan teratasi dengan adanya proses transfer pengetahuan sehingga industri kecil mampu bersaing dengan kompetitornya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keefektifan transfer pengetahuan dan keunggulan bersaing industri kecil. Jumlah minimal responden yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 responden. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang ada, terbentuk 6 variabel laten dan 26 indikator yaitu : mekanisme transfer (pelatihan, seminar, penyuluhan, pendampingan), sumber transfer (kemampuan sumber, pengalaman sumber, komunikasi yang efektif, asal sumber transfer), bentuk transfer (pemasaran, proses produksi, manajemen organisasi, keuangan), lingkungan(kebijakan pemerintah, cara pandang, bahasa, cara hidup, kebiasaan masyarakat, kondisi tempat kerja), keefektifan transfer knowledge (performansi sdm, performansi produksi , performansi keuangan) dan competitive advantage (kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, ketepatan pengiriman, kemampuan berinovasi, mengikuti perkembangan)
AbstractionKnowledge transfer is the process of transfer of knowledge from the source to the receiver. Development of small industries in Indonesia, especially in Bangkalan is inseparable from the role of knowledge transfer process received by small industries through various trainings. Weakness possessed by small industries will be overcome with the knowledge transfer process so that small industries are able to compete with its competitors. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of knowledge transfer and competitive advantage of small industries. Required minimum number of respondents in this study were 130 respondents. Based on the existing literature, formed six latent variables and 26 indicatorsare: transfer mechanisms (training, seminars, counseling, mentoring), resource transfer (the ability of the source, the source of experience, effective communication, the source transfer), transfers (marketing, production processes, organizational management, financial), environmental (government policies, perspectives, languages, ways of life, customs of the people, working conditions), effectiveness of knowledge transfer (tbsp performance, production performance, financial performance) and competitive advantage (product quality, quality of service, timeliness of delivery, ability to innovate, to keep track of)
