ABSTRAK Produk tembakau yang selama ini dikenal hanya berupa rokok dan kemajuan perkembangan industri rokok sebetulnya banyak menimbulkan permasalahan ditinjau dari beragam aspek. Kerugian yang sangat jelas terlihat dari dampak rokok terhadap kesehatan, juga apabila ditinjau dari permasalahan para pekerja perusahaan rokok dengan petani seperti adanya gudang penimbunan tembakau, permainan harga, dan lain-lain. Alternatif diferensiasi produk minyak atsiri tembakau sangatlah menguntungkan untuk dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek finansial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh hasil dari analisis financial berdasarkan NPV, IRR, net B/C ratio, BEP, dan Sensitivitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode full costing yang digunakan untuk penentuan harga pokok produksi. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tembakau, air, dan larutan dichkloromethan. Aspek finansial menggunakan metode NPV, IRR, net B/C ratio, BEP, dan Sensitivitas untuk menganalisis data menggunakan Microsoft excel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diperoleh perhitungan finansial berupa NPV sebesar Rp 777.213.339,00, IRR sebesar 30 %, Net B/C ratio sebesar Rp 2,57, PBP sebesar 3,19 tahun, BEP sebesar 3.345 botol dan Sensitivitas pada saat harga tembakau naik Rp 60.000,00, Harga botol naik sebesar Rp 60.000,00, dan persentase pejualan turun sebesar 5 %. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah usaha pembuatan minyak atsiri tembakau (nicotiana tabacum) layak untuk dilakukan. Kata kunci: kelayakan usaha dan aspek finansial.

ABSTRACT Tobacco products, which is known only in the form of cigarettes and progressive development of the tobacco industry actually cause a lot of problems in terms of various aspects. The downsides are very clearly visible from the impact of smoking on health, also when viewed from the problems of the workers tobacco companies to farmers as a tobacco warehouse hoarding, price game, and others. Financial aspects of using the NPV, IRR, net B / C ratio, BEP, and Sensitivity to analyze the data using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study are obtained financial calculations such as NPV of U.S. $ 777,213,339.00, an IRR of 30%, Net B / C ratio of Rp 2.57, 3.19 PBP for years, BEP and Sensitivity bottle of 3345 when the price tobacco rose Rp 60000.00, price bottles rose by Rp 60000.00, and the percentage of turnover decreased by 5%.
