Analisa Minat Mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura Dalam Menentukan Profesi Sebagai Praktisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa program studi akuntansi di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura dalam menentukan profesi sebagai praktisi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Karir, Motivasi Sosial, Motivasi Prestasi, Motivasi Ekonomi, Motivasi Kualitas, Motivasi Peningkatan Diri. Sedangkan responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi semester delapan dengan asumsi mahasiswa semester delapan sudah menempuh seluruh mata kuliah dan sudah mempunyai rencana (minat) pasca kelulusan dari UTM. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden mahasiswa angkatan 2008. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Nilai koefisien determinasi Adjust R square 45,1% atau 0,451 Dan sisanya 54,9% Minat mahasiswa KAP dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar variabel-variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik secara simultan, menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan hasil uji secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yang berpengaruh yaitu Motivasi Karir, Motivasi Sosial, Motivasi Prestasi, Motivasi Kualitas, Motivasi Peningkatan Diri dan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah Motivasi Ekonomi. The purpose of this study is to know Interest of Accounting Program Student at trunojoyo university madura In Determining of Profession As a practitioner. The variable in this research is Career Motivation, Social Motivation, Achievement Motivation, Economics Motivation, Quality Motivation, Self Improved Motivation. While, respondents were used in this research is acccountancy student in the eighth semesters by assuming students in the eighth semester have taken the whole course and already have plans (interest) after graduating from UTM. The number of respondents who were taken in this research were 85 respondents from students of 2008 class. The data that are used are primary data obtained through the questionnaires distribution. processing Data is performed by using multiple linear regression. the value of coefficient of determination Adjust R-square is 45.1% or 0.451, and the remaining 54.9% students interest KAP are affected by other variables than the dependent variables used in this research. Based on the results of the research by using statistical tests simultaneously, showed that all independent variables significantly influence to dependent variable. While, the results of partial test, showed that independent variables that influence namely Career Motivation, Social Motivation, Achievement Motivation, Quality Motivation, Self Improvement Motivation and variables that doesn’t influent is Economic Motivation.
