Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh modal, penggunaan bahan baku, tenaga kerja, pengalaman kerja terhadap pendapatan indsutri kecil mebel di Bangkalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data (kuisioner dan wawancara). Teknik yang digunakan berupa regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif antara besar modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, penggunaan bahan baku, pengalaman kerja terhadap pendapatan industri kecil mebel di kabupaten Bangkalan dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hepotesis dapat diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian studi ini adalah (1) variabel bebas modal, bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan industri kecil mebel di Kabupaten Bangkalan, (2) Variabel bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan industri kecil mebel di Kabupaten Bangkalan, (3) Variabel modal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan indsutri kecil mebel di Kabupaten Bangkalan, (4) Variabel Pengalaman kerja atau lamanya berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan industri kecil mebel di Kabupaten Bangkalan, (5) Variabel Tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pendapatan industri kecil mebel di Kabupaten Bangkalan. The purpose of the research is to know the influece of the capital, the use of row material, the emploee, and the working experience to the income of furniture small industry in Bangkalan residence. The research was done qualitatively using the method of data collecting (Questionnaire and Interview) the technique used was double linier regresion. The hypothesis of the research is there is positive influence of the numer of capital, the number of employee, the use of row material, and the working experience to the income of furniture small industry in Bangkalan residence, and the result of the try out showed that the hypothesis can be accepted. The conclusion of the research are (1) The free variable of capital, row material, employee and working experience simultan eously give significant and positive influence to the income of furniture small industry in Bangkalan residence (2) The variable of row material give significant and positive influence to the income of furniture small industry in Bangkalan residence (3) The variable of capital give significant and positive influence to the income of funiture small industry in Bangkalan residence (4) The variable of working experience give significant and positive influence to the income of furniture small industry in Bangkalan residence (5) The variable of employee give significant and positive influence to the income of furniture small industry in Bangkalan residence.
